Verify Driver and Vehicle: Before entering a vehicle, confirm the driver’s name, photo, vehicle make/model, and license plate match the details provided in the app. Rider can confirm the ride by providing the OPT to the driver before starting the ride. If the OPT is not recognised by the driver APP or there is any other issue with the OPT, rider must not get in the car.
